San Benito County will see a runoff in the District 3 County Supervisor race come the fall. Patricia Loe will square off against Peter Hernandez, Jr. in November. Loe earned 46 percent while Hernandez, Jr. earned 31 percent. Richard Perez, the third candidate, earned just 23 percent.
