Drivers on Highway 9 can expect delays from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the San Lorenzo River Bridge between Riverdale Boulevard and Monaco Lane. Delays of 15 to 20 minutes are expected as Caltrans crews perform a grind and pave operation. Traffic will be cut down to one lane with flaggers controlling the direction of cars.
