Residents still have a few more days to appeal the Monterey County Planning Commission’s approval of a new hotel in Pacific Grove. Critics cite concerns about the overall size, design, and traffic impacts, while those who want to see the 120 room Grand Avenue Hotel Durell built say it will be good for the city.
Although its been approved, the project currently has no water credits, those would have to come from the city’s local water project.
