No one was injured when a fire displaced 3 residents, and did about 1000 dollars worth of damage to a duplex in the Santa Cruz Beach Flats this morning. The blaze on the 200 block of Raymond Street was called in just after 4 a.m. Although the exact cause of the fire is still being investigated, an electrical malfunction is believed to have been involved.
