Threats have been made against a Seaside City Council Member, who has proposed a resolution that calls for tougher federal gun laws. Kayla Jones, and her daughter, say they have received threatening phone calls from both men and women. The Seaside City Council passed the resolution, and plans to send it on to local Congressman Jimmy Panetta, State Senator Bill Monning, and Assemblyman Mark Stone.
