(08:00) Caltrans has issued a permit to Union Pacific Railroad to close a two-mile section of both northbound and southbound Highway 25 near the San Benito/Santa Clara County line for two days beginning today through tomorrow. All work will be completed before the afternoon commute tomorrow. Motorists can expect delays of up to 25 minutes. The CHP will be on-site to assist with traffic control.
