A 23 year-old man was injured after he was shot at early this morning in Salinas. Although the bullet did not hit the man, he was injured by flying glass, during the Heather Circle shooting. Anyone with any information about the 3 a.m. Incident, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
