The man suspected of kidnapping and killing 13 year-old Christina Marie Williams nearly 20 years ago, has pleaded not guilty to her First Degree Murder. The Fitch Middle School student went missing the evening of June 12th of 1998, while walking her dog. William’s body was found 7 months later, not far from her family’s Fort Ord home. Charles Hollifield’s trial date is currently scheduled to be set April 18th. Hollifield is currently serving a 3rd strike sentence of 25 years-to-life in prison for an attempted kidnapping, and making criminal threats against a women in September of 1998. He was also convicted of sexually assaulting 2 teenagers, and raping a 3rd, between 1979 and 1983.
