(07:10) Santa Cruz – A man was arrested after officers attempted to pull him over for a traffic stop. The incident took place on Saturday just before 7:30 p.m. in Santa Cruz. Officers initiated a traffic stop for an unsafe lane change violation and no license plates. The driver, 25 year-old Clintdell Taylor sped off turning into an apartment complex on Blaine Street. Taylor then abounded the vehicle and fled on foot. Taylor was located on the 1300 block of Ocean Street and was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
