(06:50) Salinas – A man who escaped from the Salinas Valley State Prison in December has been taken back into custody. 24 year-old Jesus Perez was located yesterday in the backyard of a residence in the 400 block of Kenneth Avenue. Perez was transported back to the Salinas Valley State Prison.
