Santa Cruz police are investigating a shooting that took place Saturday afternoon. At about 2 p.m. police responded to a shooting at the intersection of Branciforte and Soquel. At the scene officers located a vehicle with gunshot damage. No injuries have been reported. At this time it is unclear whether or not the incident is related to the shooting of a Santa cruz man later in the day.
