(09:50) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department is investigating the city’s 23rd homicide of the year. The incident took place last night around 7:23 on the 100 block of Orchard Avenue. Authorities reported that a man was found suffering blunt force trauma to his head. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact authorities.
