(07:30) Capitola – The Capitola Police Department issued a warning that the Capitola trestle will not be available to view the Begonia Festival Nautical Parade. The parade, one of the signature events for the 65th and final Begonia Festival, is scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. Officers will be assigned to trestle entry points to remind spectators of this restriction.
