The man who was died as the result of an accident in Seaside yesterday was identified as 22 year-old Robert Lopez of Salinas. Police arrested seaside resident Miriam Smith, as they believe that she caused the fatal crash in which her minivan and Lopez’s motorcycle collided. Lopez succumbed to his injuries not long after the accident.
