A business has entered into an exclusivity agreement with the city of Gilroy. The agreement means that Great Wolf Lodge Family Resort will have 60 days to fully assess the potential of building one of their resorts on a parcel of land adjacent to the Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park. The company is known for building large indoor water parks around the U.S.
