(07:40) Prunedale – Caltrans announced it will be planting hydro-seed on slopes to prevent future erosion in Prunedale. Highway 101 North Bound by Blackie Road, will be reduced to 1 lane beginning at 9 a.m. today and tomorrow. The work is being done in an effort to minimize the number of slides that will occur if there is another rainy season. Motorists should expect delays around 20 minutes.
