(08:50) Salinas – A man was arrested on Monday for a murder that took place in 2015. 42 year-old Dexter Barnett Sr was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at North Main and East Lake Streets. The Salinas Police Department arrested 22 year-old Angel Ramirez on Monday. He was booked at county jail on one count of homicide and for participation in a criminal street gang.
