(06:35) Salinas – An inmate escaped from the Salinas Valley State prison yesterday. Prison staff reported that at 7:10 p.m. they saw 28 year-old Donald Likens jump over the fence and take off running into the vineyards. Likens is serving 4 years and 8 month for burglary and vehicle theft. Anyone with information on Likens whereabouts should call 911.
