(07:55) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department is accepting applications for the Fall Community Police Academy. Each night features a new topic, with speakers, demonstrations and discussions. The Academy will be held August 24th through November 9th, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. each Thursday for 12 consecutive weeks. The last day to submit an application is Friday, August 11th.
