The public comment period has been re-opened on a federal review of 11 marine sanctuaries and monuments. The National Oceanic And Atmospheric Administration said their new comment period will run through August 14th. The hope is that this will give the public sufficient time to voice their feelings about the possible opening of the coast to oil drilling. Comments can be made to:
