(07:30) Salinas – The City of Salinas is asking the public to fill out a Salinas Chinatown Community Survey. The survey was created in an effort to improve the area. The online survey can be found at surveymonkey.com/r/salinas_chinatown. The Salinas Chinatown Community Survey is open to the public until August 31.
