(05:55) Salinas -The Salinas Police Department has released the name of the man who was fatality shot late Sunday night in Salinas. 20 year-old Diego Espinoza was shot multiple times on the 300 block of Paloma Avenue. Witnesses reported that at Espinosa had just gotten home, when 2 men approached him and began shooting. The 2 gunman were last seen running onto Margaret Street. This killing is being investigated as gang-related. It was Salinas’s 21st homicide of the year.
