(13:55)SALINAS- A Salinas man has been convicted of felony vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence. On Wednesday 31 year old Andrew Bennett pled guilty in connection with the 2016 death of Gabriela Beas. Beas died after Bennett collided with her on a borrowed motorcycle, his car had been impounded days earlier for reckless driving. Bennett is expected tp receive the maximum prison term of six years at sentencing on July5th .
