(9:55)SANTA CRUZ- The annual Ebb and Flow Kinetic Art Parade and River Arts Celebration took place on Saturday. The parade began at the Kaiser Permanente Arena and progressed down the San Lorenzo River Levy to the Tannery Arts Center, where an estimated 600 people celebrated to live music and dancing while learning about the importance of eco friendly environmental solutions for the health of the San Lorenzo River. The river provides two thirds of the city’s drinking water and is an important habitat to Steelhead and Coho salmon.
