(15:06) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz rental market will be one of the topics at an upcoming city council meeting. The group, Students Uniting Renters plans on addressing the council at the may 9th meeting following UCSC Chancellor George Blumenthal talk on the 2020 long-range development plan for the campus. The group plans to highlight recent issues including alleged landlord promoted bidding wars between potential renters.
