A Salinas woman in her 50’s, who violated the terms of her probation, is expected to be sentenced next month. Annette Banda (aka Annette Vink), who was convicted last march of committing 4 felony counts of on-going lewd acts on a 14 year-old boy. Banda is due to be sentenced May 23rd.
