(15:47)MONTEREY-The Monterey Police Department has received a grant from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The grant is to be used to combat underage drinking. Police will implement Minor Decoy operations, Shoulder Tap Programs, and performing Inspections of ABC licensed businesses. These operations will focus on reducing the availability of alcohol to minors in order to reduce resultant alcohol related crimes.
