(17:47) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor has a new deputy harbor master. The new deputy, Jordan Rank joined the Santa Cruz Port District when he was sworn in at the Port Commission’s February meeting. Rank has already assumed the duties associated with the position.
