The permit application for a luxury hotel in Pacific Grove has been allowed to expire. Although the developer says he’ll be moving forward with the project this month, and he can re-apply any time, nothing seems to actually be happening with those plans yet. Developer Mark Brodeur says his new application will contain not only a complete project description, but engineering calculations and drawings too.
