(17:23) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor Master has released warning to boaters. The harbor is warning all boaters of forecasted swells of 15 to 25 feet. The swells are expected to arrive on Friday and peak on Saturday. Breaking surf is expected across the harbor entrance. Slip renters are advised to check all dock lines and add additional lines.
