(18:38) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz police have released a sketch of a man wanted in connection with a Monday shooting. The Latino male in his 20’s or 30’s is among three suspects wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting in the Beach Flats neighborhood that has left a 19-year-old recovering from gunshot wounds at a bay area trauma center.
