15:43 GILROY-A Gilroy man is accused of killing his mother with a baseball bat on Christmas Day. Matthew Salewske, 39, was arrested on suspicion of murder of his mother, Claudia Salewske. Claudia Salewske was taken to an area hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Matthew Saleske’s arrest was determined after interviews and the discovery of physical evidence.
