(19:17)MORGAN HILL- The Morgan Hill Police Department ended a stolen car investigation with a good deed. Recently officers recovered a stolen vehicle and arrested two car thieves. During the course of the investigation police learned that the car had been full of Christmas gifts when it was stole . the detectives obtained a list of the missing gifts and the Morgan Hill Police Department bought replacement gifts and surprised the victim with the gifts and the return of the car.
