20:22 Soquel – Soquel Creek Water District’s consideration of building a water recycling plant on land next door to their Soquel Drive office has vetted community interest in the agency’s efforts to secure a supplemental water supply. The Water District is set to launch a full Environmental Impact Review on the Pure Water Soquel project.
