(11:55) Pacific Grove – Pacific Grove Police conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of Congress yesterday (Wednesday). An officer found 26 year-old Antonio Rappa in possession with 25.2 grams of heroin as well stolen property including a laptop, checks, and personal documents. Rappa was charged with possession of controlled substance for sale and possession of a controlled substance.
