There’s talk of updating the financial and accounting processes in Carmel. That after an audit of the 2014/2015 fiscal year turned up some glaring inequities. Some of the issues were: accounts not reconciled, city fuel is not properly accounted for; and reportedly there is also a strong need for video cameras to be installed in the public works yard.
