(09:40) Monterey – An Army veteran and Monterey Presidio police officer was arrested and accused of raping a 6-year-old girl. 48-year-old Barney Ramnauth was arrested and faces 7 different charges for raping a girl 18 years ago. Ramnauth was placed on administrative leave last week and is expected to be back in court next Wednesday. He is currently on a 250-thousdand dollar bail.
