SCOTTS VALLEY – A developer, who has built in Scotts Valley before, wants to build 25 townhomes and another commercial building. The Scotts Valley Planning Commission is slated to review Corbett Wright’s proposal Thursday evening. Because the proposed site (on Scotts Valley Drive) is zoned commercial and low density….a general plan amendment, zone changes, and a land division would be required. Thursday’s public hearing is slated to begin at 6 p.m.
