(10:00) Monterey County – The Monterey County Half Marathon is this Sunday and attendees are being advised there will be traffic delays due to road construction. Construction crews have closed down an exit on Southbound Highway 1 which will prevent access to Pacific Grove on race day. The exit is currently closed and will remain closed until 6 a-m Monday. Construction crews have estimated delays will up to twenty minutes. However, on Sunday delays could be longer due to the Marathon. The Monterey County Half Marathon is scheduled to START AT 6:50 a.m.
