SANTA CRUZ – A film festival is scheduled to be held this weekend in Santa Cruz. The Telluride Mountain Film Tour, which features many short films on outdoor subjects, is due to be held at the Rio Theatre. The program is slated to begin at 7 p-m on Saturday.
