(10:40) Santa Cruz – A house caught on fire this morning after a burn pile from the yard spread to the house’s garage. The incident took place at 1:50 a-m at 404 Modesto Avenue near Swift Street. Three people were in the house during the time of the fire and were able to evacuate uninjured.
