(06:55) Salinas – A man was shot and killed while he was standing in the Parking lot of an apartment complex last night. The incident took place in Salinas. The victim was a 23 year-old farm worker from Mexico. Police do not believe the victim had any gang ties. This is the 33rd homicide of the year.
