(12:18) SANTA CRUZ- A lawsuit filled against The County of Santa Cruz and its jail’s medical provider has been settled. The suit was filed after 30 year Amanda Sloan committed suicide while in custody despite being under a suicide watch. The 1 million dollar settlement with Sloan’s family is the third highest in California history.
