(07:00) Monterey- A red flag warning was issued yesterday and will last till about 9 tonight. The area impacted is a portion of the Los Padres National Forest and the area that includes the Soberanes Fire. The U.S. Forest Service reported they are concerned that wind activity and low humidity could affect containment lines on the east side of the fire. Firefighters are staged in those areas of concern and prepared to take action.
