(17:15) CAPITOLA – 2 people are being sought in connection with last night’s fire in Capitola. The blaze heavily damaged a 41st avenue building. The people were seen running from Santa Cruz Property Management Company’s structure after the fire began. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Capitola Police Department.
