June 4, 2016: Woman Injured In Fall From Vehicle

(17:08) SALINAS – A Salinas woman is recovering from life-threatening injuries she sustained when she fell (or was pushed) out of the backseat of a vehicle traveling 65 miles-per-hour on Highway 101 Sunday night. The incident was not reported by 19 year-old Jocelyn Villagrana’s 4 family members she was traveling with at the time. One passing motorist reported a woman’s body lying on the side of  Highway 101 near the Camphora Gloria Exit, and another reported the license plate of the vehicle she went out of. Villagrana was transported to Natividad Medical Center’s Trauma Center, where she is being treated for severe injuries.
