(17:39) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz County Medi-Cal recipients will soon be eligible for expanded drug and alcohol treatment benefits. The county is the fourth in the state to receive approval for the additional treatments as detoxification, residential treatment. Once the new coverage is in place county treatment centers could see clientele double and waitlists decrease.
