(12:23) SALINAS- A Monterey County Judge ruled that there is sufficient evidence to charge Alfred Powell with murder. The decision was announced on Friday following the preliminary hearing surrounding the death of Sandra McGee 34 years ago. Powell is currently serving a prison sentence for the murder of Cynthia Nixon.
