(07:19) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY –A Santa Cruz County Superior Court Judge has dismissed a case of child pornography due to suppression of evidence. Last August, 58-year-old Bruce Inman was arrested after allegedly using his phone to take pictures of a teenage girl at Capitola Main Beach. Body camera footage from the incident shows the arresting officers illegally obtaining the evidence by demanding Inman to give them his phone. On Thursday, prosecutors acknowledged the cell phone could not be used in trial and agreed to drop the charges against Inman. (S.G.)
