(07:55) SANTA CRUZ – Santa Cruz officials are set to install a new broadband system throughout the city. On Wednesday, the city council confirmed they are moving forward with plans to provide residents and businesses with internet that is up 100 times faster than the current system. The city is partnering with Cruzio to install the high speed internet. The $45 million project will be funded by bonds and is expected to be completed by 2018. (S.G.)
